Rocco 6 Box Prosecco DOC Rustico

This aromatic and delicate semi-sparkling wine is produced through the natural fermentation of Prosecco grapes cultivated on hillsides within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOC region.  The bouquet is delicate and fragrant, enjoyably acidulous, with refined floral notes.  The mousse is characteristically evanescent, and the colour is straw-yellow with greenish reflections.  Best served at a temperature of 8-10° C, it is an ideal accompaniment to any course, but is truly at its best with cakes and pastries.
